Poor med students. Sometimes there just aren't enough real bodies to go around for practicing procedures like.. well, delivering babies. So in Korea they decided to create a robot mother who gives birth to a robot baby so that med students can perfect their skills at delivering ... well, robots.
Ever since the whole "Freedom Fries" debacle, I feel the French have gone grossly misunderstood. Rudeness is only rudeness when it is not appreciated or respected. I believe that Parisians especially, have gotten the short end of the baguette when it comes to our respect for their culture of snobbery and dismissal. Thank God French tourism officials feel the same way. They have now published a guide for visitors (namely Americans) so that they can better understand the meaning of French gestures.

Apparently, in Sydney, Australia, a bank issued a credit card to a CAT. Yeah, a cat. I have a hard enough time getting a card at Macy's due to my credit. But obviously cats have more credibility. Maybe it's the claws.
